ThreeLadies Enterprises endeavors to provide our customers with quality products at a reasonable price. Please take time to read the following policies regarding our web site and our products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - We offer premium hand-crafted products. We use select vendors who supply quality raw materials. Our family and friends use the product line. While we have had no complaints about our toiletries, some persons may have a reaction to one or more of the ingredients in them. This is not a product defect. If irritation occurs after using one of the items, stop using it. If irritation persists, please see a doctor. Return the item to us within 21 days of purchase and with an explanation and we will refund your purchase cost.
Because our products are hand-crafted and because the raw materials we purchase come from different lots/suppliers, there may be some variations in color, shape or appearance, especially in the all-natural items. Also, certain fragrances such as vanilla may cause an item such as soap to darken over a period of time.
Please do not expose the toiletries to extreme temperature variations as it may affect your product. For example, the shea body butter will melt (don't leave it in a hot car) and there will be a change in consistency once it sets again, however it is still fine to use.
PRIVACY - We will not offer any of our customer information to third parties. Purchases made at this web site are made through PayPal. Look for the closed padlock on your screen before conducting any payment transactions.
PAYMENT - We accept payment through Paypal/Paypal Shopping Cart. If you prefer to mail your payments, send a certified/cashier's check or money order to our mailing address. Orders will be shipped out within 7 business days after receipt of payment. At this time we do not accept CODs. We do accept personal checks; orders paid with personal check will ship within 10 days after receipt of payment. You may also pay by checking account if you have an email address and set it up through PayPal.
SHIPPING METHOD - We use the Postal Service to ship. We only ship to addresses confirmed through PayPal. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes and presently do not ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout. ThreeLadies will pay for Delivery Confirmation, Signature Required, etc.
ORDER SIZE, QUANTITY OF ITEMS PER CUSTOMER - We welcome large volume orders and we are a home-based business. Please email us if you require more than 60 of one item. See our discount page on our website.
DAMAGES - Please check your shipment for damages when you receive it. Notify us by email within 48 hours and let us know the type of damage. Return the order COD and a replacement order will be shipped to you.
WRONG ADDRESS - Please confirm your shipping address before submitting and completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of a wrong address, we will contact you by email for the correct address and resend the order once at no charge to you. If the same order is returned again because of wrong address, it will be returned to stock and all charges except shipping charges will be refunded.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY - If an order is refused at time of delivery, in order to ensure that our service and the service of the carriers have been satisfactory to you, we will contact you by email as to the reason for refusal. A refused item must be returned with the mailing packaging and the individual items of the order unopened and unused. The price of the order will be refunded.
INCORRECT ORDER - Please check your packing slip against the jar and bottle labels before opening any of the containers. If your order is incorrect, before sending it back, notify us within 48 business hours as to why it is incorrect. We will compare the information against the original order. If the mistake is on our end, you may keep the order that you received and we will send a corrected order at no charge to you. If the error is not ours, we will accept the return of the unused order - all seals must be intact - and send another one. Or simply return it for a refund of the price of the order.
BILLING DISPUTES - For any billing disputes, ThreeLadies will endeavor to settle quickly in a way that is satisfactory to our customers. If a matter cannot be settled, we will turn it over to the billing service, which has the expertise to resolve any complaints.
DISCLAIMER - ThreeLadies Enterprises strives to offer quality products to our customers. We make no claims as to medical or cosmetic benefits of any of our products. We accept no responsibility for the misuse, or any injury that arises because of misusing any of our products or any of the products that we sell through this web site. Please keep all products out of the reach of children.
ThreeLadies cannot accept responsibility of this web site being down or any part of it not functioning properly. We also are not responsible for the email addresses malfunctioning, not properly sending or receiving messages.
